Nokia is now no longer the best selling handset manufacturer.
Samsung have continued to grow year on year and have now overtaken Nokia with
the Number 1 spot.
The mobile phone industry has notoriously been fluctuanting with
sales continually going up and down through the year. Nokia has historically
been at the top since the late 1990’s as their classic designs and easy to use
interface was well known and loved by millions of people. These days although
Nokia is still a very dominant player, they are no longer at the top of the
tree. So why would this happen? Well the main reason is the Android system for
smartphones.
